Barry Persh is a founding partner of Gray Miller Persh LLP. For nearly 20 years, Barry has represented public broadcasters and other educational telecommunications license holders in a variety of regulatory matters before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). He represents hundreds of noncommercial television stations, noncommercial radio stations, and educational broadband service (EBS) stations. Barry’s clients include non-profit organizations, universities, colleges, and local school systems. He counsels, advises, and assists these clients on issues such as FCC licensing and reporting, compliance and enforcement, station acquisitions, equal employment opportunity regulations, auxiliary facilities and registrations, ownership, technical and interference considerations, and other regulations affecting day-to-day station operation. Barry has spoken at meetings and conferences relating to public radio, community radio, collegiate broadcasting, and EBS.
